About Myke Osuji

Michael holds 10 years post- qualification legal experience and has worked with renowned law firms in London. Michael holds Solicitor Regulatory Authority’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation for cases involving Fraud and Crime in General. Michael specialises in complex Fraud cases and regularly represents clients at Police Station. Michael’s recent work has focused on Terrorism, Sexual Offences, Motoring Offences, and Fraud. Myke specialises in Prison Law and Parole Board as well. Myke also specialises in Family law and takes legal aid work on board.

Michael accepts full instructions and provides advice in all areas of Criminal and Prison Law. However, his speciality lies primarily in Sexual Offences, Motoring Offences, Fraud and Terrorism. Michael was recently involved in complex Sexual Offence cases.

  • In the first case, his client was acquitted on all eight counts of rape charges made by the client’s daughter.
  • In the second complex sexual offence case, Michael represented his client and assisted his client to obtain No Further Action (NFA), taken by the police after three hours long interview of client (who came from abroad to visit his wife in the UK) on an allegation of rape made by his wife on the night prior to his return back home.
  • In another complex case, Michael represented his client at the police station in a seven-day interview in the case involving allegation on Preparation to carry out acts of terrorism.

Michael regularly assists his clients in the cases involving ABH, GBH, Murder and Manslaughter.

Michael accepts full instructions and provides advice in all areas of Family Law. His speciality remains with Divorce, Separation cases and Child Act cases, where a child could be subject to care or adoption orders.

Michael holds extensive experience in representing parents who are involved in a dispute over the contact, maintenance and custody of their children and issues involving the family home.

  • In a landmark case, Michael successfully fought for the return of a child to her mother after an adoption order has already been made.
