Legal Ally is a leading International law firm with offices in Europe and Asia. We are currently recruiting for a full and/or part-time receptionist for our office in Lahore (Pakistan). The ideal candidate will need to have some social media experience.

Job Type: Full and Part-time

Minimum Education: Bachelors/ Degree Level

Skills Required

  • Fluent in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good at ms word and excel
  • attention to detail

 Experience Required

  • Preferred but not required as full training will be provided

Administrative Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering emails and sorting posts
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
  • Ensuring the client database is accurate and up to date
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
  • Managing designated website functions and social media
  • General administration

Financial Duties:

  • Raise invoices
  • Expense reports
  • Processing payments
  • Billing
