The follow-up letter after your Initial Consultation will provide you with a summary of your legal matter/issue, the advice given by the solicitor and the follow-up steps agreed between you and the solicitor.

No, the client has to pay the court fee as our prices only represent the work carried out by our lawyers.

Yes, disbursements are paid by the client.

Disbursements are associated costs with your case which are not related to the lawyer’s fee. 

Where a case cannot be dealt with the by Fixed Fee, our lawyers will advise you their hourly rate and an estimated cost. 

Just call our customer services team and we will correct the mistake ensuring that your appointment goes ahead smoothly.

If you have selected a wrong service, simply call our customer services team and we will correct the error. Or

If you have booked instant access, and chose the wrong service, simply let the duty solicitor know and he/she will amend the error.

Yes, you can pay in two instalments. Your lawyer will inform you about your payment options and how it works.

You do not have to send us any documents unless we have asked you to. You can upload all your documents online. Please follow the instructions given in the follow-up letter. Alternately for further assistance, you can contact our customer services.

We will arrange for the safe collection of your documents through an appropriate delivery service provider, who will collect the document from your home. For further information, you can check your follow up letter or speak to our customer services team.

In your Client Care Letter we have provided full details of our Complaints Process including the details of the legal ombudsman. Please refer to your Client Care Letter and/or alternatively speak to our customer services team who will be happy to assist you.

For Initial Consultation (Instant Access, Email, video/phone and in person), you will pay at the point of making/booking an appointment. In case of full representation, we will call you and discuss the payment options with you.
